Measurements at Bust: 32(36,40,44,48,52,56)
Yarn: Gedifra Wellness (110 meters) 5(5,6,6,7,8,9)

Gauge: 18 sts and 25 rows =4 inch over stst
Needles: US6 (4.5mm) or size needed to obtain gauge you need
DPN’s and a circular. US5 circular for finishing off the neck band.
Tools: darning needle for seaming, waste yarn or stitch holders
Inset Pattern:
R1: P1, K4, P1
R2 and 4: K1, P4, K1
R3: P1, CB4, P1
These 4 rows make up the inset cable pattern.
Sleeve:
Using DPN’s CO 44(44,48,52, 52, 56, 60) Join in the round, marking the
beginning and being careful not to twist the stitches. K2, P2 around. Work
2 inches of this 2x2 ribbing. Work 4 rows even in stst. Increase round: K1,
M1, K to the last st, M1, K1. work this increase round a total of 5 times
every 4th round.
Work in stst until your sleeve measures 8 inches. Hold the first 3(3,3,3,4,4,5)
sts after the round marker and the last 3(3,3,3,4,4,5) sts just worked on
one holder to be saved for the underarm. Save the other remaining stitches
to be worked into the yoke.
Body:
Using the larger circular needles, CO 138(158,174,194, 214, 230, 250) Working
flat K2, *P2, K2 – Repeat form * to end. Next row P2*K2,P2 – Repeat
form * to end. Work in this manner for 2 inches. Then work even in stst until
your piece measures 8 inches from the CO edge.
Yoke:
K 29(34,38,43,47,51,55) PM K3, Place next 6(6,6,6,8,8,10) sts on a holder
for the underarm, K3 from the sleeve, PM, Knit all but the last 3 of the sleeve
sts (this doesn’t include the ones held for the underarm), PM, K3, K3,
of the back sts, PM, K56(66,74,84,92,100,108) PM, K3, Place next 6(6,6,6,8,8,10)
sts on a holder for the underarm, K3 from the sleeve, PM, Knit all but the
last 3 of the sleeve sts (this doesn’t include the ones held for the
underarm), PM, K3, K3, of the front sts, knit to the end.
Next row,(WS row) *P to marker, K1, P4, K1 – repeat from * around, p
to the end. Slipping markers as necessary
Nest row: (RS ROW) *K to 2 sts before marker, K2 tog, SM, work
appropriate row of inset pattern, SM, SSK – repeat from * around –
knit to end.
Repeat these last 2 rows until you have worked7(7,7.5,8,8.5,9,9.5) inches
(measured along the inset). Work a RS row, when working the WS row back, work
to the last 10(10,10,12,12,14,14)sts, wrap turn, work a RS row to the last
10(10,10,12,12,14,14)sts, wrap turn, *Work a WS row back to the last 2 sts,
wrap and turn, work a RS row to the last 2 sts, wrap and turn. Repeat from
* 1(1,1,2,2,2,3) more times.
Work one stst row over all the stitches, working in the wraps.
Then working in 2x2 rib and your smaller needle – work 1 inch of ribbing
and BO loosely in pattern.
Button bands:
Using the larger circular needles – pick up and knit 42(46,50,54,58,62)sts.
For the left hand side, work 5 rows of 2x2 rib and then BO loosely in pattern.
For the Right hand side, work 3 rows of 2x2 ribbing and then make button holes
evenly over your band (I find it easiest to pin the spot for the top and bottom
then mark out the next 2 evenly.) Work another row of 2x2 rib and then BO
loosely in pattern.
Finishing:
Graft underarm sts
Weave in ends
Block and wear in happiness.
