If you are outside of the US please email me about pottery and Bulk wools. I do not sell them internationally from the site any longer as the shipping is confusing. Please EMAIL me if you want to order Bulk wools. 3/21

Most shipments are made through the USPS. (Most equipment is shipped UPS)
Most items are shipped Priority within the US when I can.
I try to give you the best deal when possible.
I also try to recycle materials when I can.
It's good for the environment and it saves me from having to charge for packaging.

Internation items are all shipped on Saturday only (It's the only day I have a vehicle to get to the Post Office)
If you want a package sooner you can request Global Priority. It will cost more but you will get it sooner and I'm able to ship it sooner.

While a lost package is rare, I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail.
You can add insurance to your items. $1.80 per item under $50.

Any item costing over $50 the charge is $2.50 per item.

Policies:

All my items are new and made with the utmost quality whether
they are produced by myself or someone that I'm representing.
If there is any problem with an item, Email me or call as soon as possible.
I want you to be happy with your item(s).
If you put a hold on your card without talking to me about refund or a return on the product,
you will be banned from purchases until such a time as the issue is resolved.

If a return/exchange is necessary it is needed that you contact me within 7 days of receipt of item.
This doesn't include the club where there are no returns. As always, please email or call me to get authorization.

Equipment - Please check over your item immediately upon receipet. If there is any damage or a return is necessary you must contact me within 7 days of reciept. Any longer than that and the item will be considered a used item. I cannot conceivable sell an item that you've had for any length of time as a new item (I'm sure you wouldn't want an item sold to you as new if someone else has had it for a while). Used items may be returned on a case by case basis and be considered a used item purchase. I generally don't like to do this sight unseen but in certain cases I will consider it. In all used equipment buys, the price is contigent on the item being returned in the agreed upon condition. As always, Email me with questions.

There is absolutely no refunds on patterns.
